Blue tribe:
This tribe is a lot of fun for me, and is super complex? I feel that all of them feel like they have a pretty unique and specific role and its very easy to see the story.
Brandon is the de facto leader for the tribe with some influence on the majority of a tribe, a seemingly strong position but with some people having more control in the shadows. Brandon is emerging as a big threat, meat shield type person for a number of people and is absolutely his role right now. I think that is a fun spot, and I'm really enjoying him so far.
Danny Butler is being his insane self already parading about the lies he is telling, but it seems to be working fine. He has *most* people working with him (especially Mojo, who is Danny's cute Sidekick. What a hilarious villainous duo). Danny is in a very fun spot on this tribe with a lot of influence, but also an enemy in Brandon. They are aligned, but it is very much a 'keep your friends close, but enemies closer' happenstance relationship. They're juggling for control, and both know they aren't going to work together long term. I love that!
Nolan is in everyone's corner, and seems to be making a big social impact (maybe too much?) but I'm very impressed with him. He should be just fine. Good character that isn't super typical in ORGs!
But the real star here is Aubra. Holy damn she is doing good. Everyone loves her, she is in all the alliances. This is not the aubra we saw on day one of power, she's really gotten comfortable with this ORG thing and is here to slay. She reached the end of her former growth arc, and now she is a straight up badass. I really am proud of her? She is IMO running this tribe. Brandon looks like the leader, but Aubra is our puppet master. I think she really is a winner threat here rn.
Vernice is there with the majority, but she's SO under the radar right now. I think she'll be here a long time, but is definitely just floating atm.
Joshua/Jake are really slacking and it seems to be a toss up which would leave? I don't think either are interesting right now.

Orange:
This is definitely the boring uncomplex tribe. I don't have MUCH to say, but I do think there are some interesting plot threads:
Jordan is running this tribe and it's no contest. I'm really, REALLY impressed by him judging by what people said about him preseason. I think I need to learn that people telling me someone is paranoid is rarely a mark against them. Being skeptical, considering all options and being careful is not paranoia but people often lump them together. Jordan really has this whole tribe rallied and they don't even realize it. His ep 1 confessional is a thing of BEAUTY. He has Lexi, Taylor, Blake, Paige etc all wanting to work with him actively, but having grievances with eachother. The guy is very impressive and I don't think is getting nearly enough credit here. The way he describes how he wants to keep his scheming and relationships with those people personal I thought was b.r.i.l.l.i.a.n.t. He is WAY better than I'd ever anticipated, and really is making these sleeping players look goofy.
Inactive Taylor is Still Pretty Good: she has a lot of friends on this tribe so she is just chilling lol. That said, she really made a killer bond with Jordan and that is her key to success right now. Let him do the work.
Lexi the queen: Omg I LOVE HER. She is my favourite of the entire cast, and her bond with Jordan is awesome. Her bonds outside of that really do not matter lol. Jordan controls this tribe and there aren't many meaningful bonds outside that?
Blake is doing better than I expected (mostly because he knows people honestly, but some credit should go to him).
And finally: Fabi knows he is on the bottom. I think that is a fun dynamic? His confessional could open up a fun narrative thread of him really working to find a spot in the game in the coming rounds. Hope he does it! Other than that orange is pretty lame. Good job Jordan, though!

Pink Tribe: THIS TRIBE ROCKS. It is so fun? Good balance of people.
First: I owe an apology to Ricky. I thought he'd be lame (and I don't think he likes me for some reason!!) but he is REALLY good and fun to watch. His confessional was really fun, and he is a guy who you can see a ton of intellect in. He comes off *smart* and I did not anticipate that. He is also playing at a very, very high level and that is fascinating to watch. I think his decision to align with Natalie is very smart (if not for the fact that she likes Knight more). I think Ricky will be a crucial part of this season's story, and that is why I gave him that good edit!
Knight: Obviously is killing it. His one mistake is over-trusting Ricky, but honestly I see the strategic value there for him so I don't hate the decision at all. He's letting Ricky take the fall for the scheming he does, which is honestly very smart. Knight could try to play boring and he's always going to be captivating. Look at his eyes in his confessional: he thinks more than anyone else. He thinks about minutia that other people don't worry about (he even references that: "don't worry, I thought about this all I'm just not going to bog you down with details"). His logic is ALWAYS sound, he plays hard and aggressive and this is not an exception. I really like the position Knight has found himself in.
Rachel: Entertaining queen? She's done a STELLAR job socially. She's made overt reference to caring deeply about multiple people, and they've mentioned that as a big reason to want to work with her! Bailey said he wants to work with her because she said he's a strapping young man. She knows how to appeal to this dude's egos, and it is really fun to see. She has knight, bailey, alonzo, Danny K, Ricky all REALLY liking her socially (but having some misgivings with her strategically). Honestly Rachel is a stellar new player and I think she really gets survivor. The anti-group talking meta in orgs is going to get her in a little trouble, but I think she is likeable enough to get by fine. I LOVE her and what she brings to the game.
Alonso is fun obviously, but isn't taking to this game as well as Rachel is.
Bailey: He's bailey lol. He is in a good spot, aligning with Knight/Ricky/Rachel, the people he likes lol. Not shocking! I do like that he is here, though. He's on a tribe full of insane hard game players and so he isn't slowing them down at all.
Natalie: Where does she fit?! She's a fascinating pawn here. Ricky and Knight both secretly are working on her behind eachothers backs, and consider her a top quality ally...but as of now she seems to actually be in knights corner? I think it's very fun, and literally no one expects that Natalie is in a pretty good spot. Should be fun to watch.
